Terms of use
Last updated: 12 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-12-draft1
These terms cover your use of Padhivu ("Padhivu", "we"), a web app that helps studios and schools (for example in music, dance, art and other subjects) manage classes, attendance, fees, resources and communication. By creating an account or using Padhivu you agree to them.
1. Who can use Padhivu
- Studio owners and instructors create and run a studio.
- Students join a studio by invitation or join code. A student under 18 needs a parent or guardian to agree and set up or oversee the account, as described in the privacy notice for parents & students.
- Give accurate information and keep your login private. You are responsible for activity under your account.
2. Studios' responsibilities
Studios are responsible for the students they add and for what they record about them. Studios must only add students whose parent or guardian (or the student, if 18+) has agreed, must respect the choices families make about recordings and videos, and must follow the privacy notice for studios.
3. Content
You keep ownership of what you upload. You allow us to store and show it to the people it is meant for, so the service works. You must have the right to upload it, and it must not be unlawful, harmful or infringe anyone's rights. Some content is deleted automatically after a set time, as the app and our notices describe.
4. Acceptable use
- Don't misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or access data that isn't yours.
- Don't use Padhivu to harass others or to send spam.
- We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk.
5. Fees between studios and families
Padhivu lets studios record and track class fees. Those fees are between a studio and its students. Padhivu is not a party to them and, today, does not collect or hold those payments.
6. Plans and pricing
Padhivu may offer free and paid plans for studios, shown on the pricing page. We will give notice before charging for something that is free today.
7. Closing an account
A studio can ask us to close its account and delete its data, and a parent or guardian can ask us to delete a student's information, by emailing padhivu.cs@yahoo.com.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep Padhivu reliable but do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for a claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the date and version above. Continued use means you accept the change. Questions: padhivu.cs@yahoo.com.
